I am getting back at it ya'll!  Yep, I am ready to Blog and there is a lot to talk about and share. I want to hear from you and your thoughts as well. So much has happened and is going on that I want to have you be a part of with me. I have some great workshops going on, the PMA Conference as a Presenter this year and exciting things with Teacher Training at WAP and beyond!

2018 has been a year of growth and change for me and my Pilates journey and after teaching over 25 years, making the friends I have made which include so many of you, continuing to be a student of Pilates as well as a Teacher and I know that we will have fun, learn from each other and create a community of positivity, lightbulb moments and laughter. I am literally on the edge of my seat here!

So get ready and can't wait to connect and see where we can go together.
